The initial evaluation is $200. If you continue, care begins after the evaluation and your first monthly fee is charged one month later.

What ongoing membership includes
Ongoing care is based on the treatment and monitoring Mandy determines are clinically necessary.
- Follow-up visits Mandy determines are clinically necessary
- Prescription management, refills, and adjustments
- Review of laboratory results
- Secure care-related messaging
- Ongoing monitoring of an established treatment plan
Billing and separate costs
- When billing begins
- If you continue with ongoing care, monthly billing begins one month after the initial evaluation.
- Commitment and refunds
- Membership is month-to-month with no minimum commitment. A paid membership month is nonrefundable.
- Laboratory costs
- Patients pay laboratory charges separately. Mandy’s review of laboratory results is included in ongoing care.
- Medication and other services
- Medication costs are separate. Nutrition and lifestyle coaching are not included in the membership.
Mandy Nichols Wellness does not bill insurance. This website does not represent whether an outside medication or laboratory charge may be covered by a patient’s plan.
